“Nuestros Caballos 2013” (Our Horses 2013), the most important equestrian exhibition in Latin America, will be held at La Rural Exhibition Centre from March 21st- 24th with recreational and equestrian activities for the whole family. Over 700 horses will be brought from across the country to the exhibition for everyone to see, including of course the main Argentinian breeds, such as Criolla, Arabe, Cuarto de Milla, Polo Argentino and Silla Argentino to name just a few!
The programme of activities over the three days will include:
- Show Jumping competitions
- “Pato” (horseball) exhibitions
- Dressage Exhibition
- Argentine Final of the “Golden Gag Bit” of “Criollo” breed.
- Election of the national champions from the different breeds
- Equine Therapy Exhibitions
- Breed exhibitions
- Loose jumping National Championship
- National Rodeo Championship
- Joint exhibition “Nuestros Perros” (Our Dogs)
Young children and toddlers will be able to take their first lessons in horseback riding as well as have fun at the ´Los Potrillitos´ (The little foals) recreational area, with special activities designed just for them!
La Rural Exhibition Center can be found at Av. Sarmiento 2704 Buenos Aires, open from 10am – 8pm, March 21st – 24th 2013. Entry on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd is $25 Pesos, while on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th $35 Pesos. All children under 8 years old are free!
