The Argentine capital Buenos Aires now ranks 25th, above all other cities in Latin America, Portugal, and Spain, in the University Raking QS 2018 (Ranking Universitario QS2018) that chooses the best schools in the world.
Fernando Straface, Secretary General of International Relations of the City of Buenos Aires, mentioned that the amount of international students is a distinctive characteristic of the global cities improves talent movement and knowledge production and that Buenos Aires is the capital of talent in Latin America.
