Universities in Argentina Introduce Gluten Free Beer
Three universities in Argentina (Entre Ríos) teamed up to introduce a new gluten free beer made from rice. The beer is not officially on the market, but has received good reviews from various beer experts.
According to Claudia Liberman of the Program of Bettering Genetic Rice, the beer doesn´t taste much different from any normal beer. In addition, this beer can also take on a variety of different flavors.
Not only is this beer tasty, but it’s also ecofriendly too. The beer is created by a certain process that reduces both the cost and carbon footprint of the production.
Now the gluten free people of the world truly have something to raise a glass to!
